will not fly model aircraft within 5 miles of an airport without consent of
the operator.

will yield to piloted aircraft with no exceptions.
Model flying must cease when piloted aircraft are in the proximity of
model airport facilities.

will not knowingly operate a radio-controlled aircraft within 3 miles (5km)
of a pre-existing model club’s flying site without a frequency sharing
agreement with that club.

will use only radio control systems approved for model aircraft use by the
Department of Communications Canada.

will assure that my flying area is safely clear of all nonessential
participants and spectators before permitting my engine to be started.

will abide by the Safety Code and Field Rules for the flying site I use.

will not fly my model aircraft in the presence of spectators until it has
been proven to be airworthy by having been successfully flight-tested.

will not willfully and deliberately fly my models in a careless, reckless,
and / or dangerous manner.

will not use internally mounted, liquid fueled, pulse jets or rocket engines
in my model aircraft because of the danger of fire.

will not carry pyrotechnic or explosive devices in, nor will I activate them
from, model aircraft
